Job description
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager of Corporate Finance to join our team in Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The role involves maintaining statutory books, preparing reconciliations, managing audits and tax compliance, supporting forecasting and budgeting processes, monitoring receivables and payables, and managing treasury operations across Jumeirah International's overseas entities.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain statutory books for overseas entities
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and Group Reporting Packs
- Liaise with external auditors to manage audits
- Ensure full tax compliance including WHT, VAT, CIT
- Track regulatory requirements for filings and audits
- Prepare monthly departmental P&Ls and analyze variances
- Update financial forecasts in collaboration with departments
- Monitor accounts receivable and manage supplier reconciliations
- Assist in annual budgeting processes for international entities
- Manage treasury functions including credit card admin and bank reconciliations
- Perform cash forecasting and maintain financial trackers
- Use Oracle Fusion, Sun, and Power BI for financial operations and reporting
Experience & skills
- Qualified Chartered/Certified accountant (ACCA, CPA, ACA, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience with international companies preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, HFM, Sun systems, and Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing tax compliance and audits
- Familiarity with budgeting, cash forecasting, and P&L analysis
