Job description
The Director, Product Management, Concierge & Lifestyle Services acts as a business owner, managing strategic initiatives for a commercialized product. This role oversees the evolution of the product, establishes go-to-market strategies, optimizes resources, manages the product life cycle, and is responsible for ongoing care, maintenance, and profitability. The position involves developing business plans and roadmaps, analyzing stakeholder needs, tracking project progress, providing market insights, supporting sales strategy, and contributing to product enhancements.

- Support product management team in developing strategic business plans and product roadmaps
- Analyze internal and external stakeholder needs and issues
- Provide input into profitability targets for different products
- Communicate new industry trends and market insights to internal stakeholders
- Track and report on project plans for new product features and enhancements
- Support the creation of case studies and industry best practices
- Assist in the development of sales strategies, objectives, and product training materials
- Support the development of business cases and requirements for product enhancements
Experience & skills
- Experience reviewing data reports and recommending product adjustments
- Experience developing and managing product or project budgets/P&Ls
- Proven success collaborating with partners across functions for go-to-market strategies
