Job description
We are looking for a Telco Account Solution Architect to join our Telco Tech Sales team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be a leading part of the local Telco sales teams to develop and promote opportunities and business within key Tier-1 Telco accounts based in Saudi Arabia. You will help your customers invest in an infrastructure that will give them maximum flexibility and allow them to make their IT and telecommunications infrastructure services faster and more reliable. You will engage, meet, and demonstrate to the telco accounts that Red Hat solutions match their needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities
- Evangelize the value of Red Hat Solutions
- Work with the Global Account Manager and extended teams to address customer needs
- Define, document, present, and demonstrate Red Hat portfolio for telco IT and network architectures
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to position Red Hat as a strategic telco vendor
- Deliver expert-level presentations and demos to telco IT ops and network teams
- Lead technical responses to RFx processes
- Design value-driven architectures and demonstrate ROI
- Contribute to growing business across telco network and IT, and deepen business partnerships
- Model leadership skills in an open and inclusive environment
- Position Red Hat across all customer levels including C-suite
- Actively contribute to account plans and strategies
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Share knowledge and best practices internally
Experience & skills
- Extensive Telco industry knowledge and market insights
- Solid technical skills in virtualization, cloud, container platforms, and microservices
- Understanding of telco technologies such as 5G, RAN, IoT, SDN, NFV, OSS/BSS
- Excellent presentation skills to business and technical audiences
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
- Organized, reliable, and change-resilient
- Creative, innovative, and results-oriented
- Fluency in Arabic and English
