Job description
Sephora's Digital team in Dubai is hiring a Digital Merchandiser to coordinate and optimize the online assortment experience for a large portfolio of brands, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from creation and launch through promotions and optimization across web and app in multiple countries. Every SKU's visibility matters here, since the job ultimately comes down to helping customers find and purchase products across Sephora's websites and apps. You'll coordinate product launches against target dates, maintain the active online assortment, and follow up on assortment gaps, pricing queries, master data anomalies and technical bugs that reduce availability. Product content gets checked closely, from copy and imagery to Arabic and English SEO on PDPs, working with brands to source unique, optimized content that lifts search rankings and add-to-basket rates. Merchandising optimization runs deep, reacting to customer behaviour and market shifts, running A/B tests on copy, hierarchy and link updates, and rotating product visibility across navigation sections like Newness, Bestsellers, Gifts and Offers. Offers and promotions get set up directly in the CMS, coordinated with Offer and Marketing teams for balanced brand representation during key commercial events and aligned 360 activation. Weekly, monthly and yearly performance reporting covers category trade performance, KPIs, launch results and product mix, turning into recommendations that improve add to basket, conversion and average order value. Two years of experience is expected, along with genuine insight into what moves the beauty customer to shop digitally, strong commercial, content management and analytics skills, and clear written, oral and presentation abilities.
