The Senior Director - Development (Mixed-use) role at Qiddiya Investment Company is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the development of transformative mixed-use projects within the Qiddiya destination in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees end-to-end development activities from project inception through completion, integrating residential, commercial, and recreational components to deliver vibrant, sustainable communities aligned with Qiddiya’s overarching vision. The position involves developing and implementing comprehensive mixed-use development strategies, managing feasibility studies, design, planning, execution, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring delivery within defined constraints. The Senior Director collaborates closely with urban planners, architects, and cross-functional internal teams, conducts market research to assess trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the mixed-use sector, and incorporates sustainable practices and innovative design solutions into developments. The role requires regular reporting to executive leadership and key stakeholders, engagement with government agencies, developers, and community representatives, and the promotion of a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork across all aspects of project development within the residential business unit.
