The role involves planning and coordinating work activities, assisting the Site Foreman, providing direction to other craft personnel, completing plant maintenance documentation, maintaining tools and equipment, and performing cleanup activities. The specialist must follow all safety rules and procedures, ensure operational efficiency, and contribute to maintaining the overall quality and performance of the facility. Skills are acquired through 5-8 years of trade experience, with a journeyman or equivalent license required for the specific field. The position falls under the Real Estate Services line, within Support Services, and is full-time.
