Job description
Databricks is expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in Riyadh. This role focuses on driving business development by promoting Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform across large enterprises. The successful candidate will bring a compelling vision of data transformation, AI, and analytics, working collaboratively with internal teams and ecosystem partners. You will be responsible for developing territory plans, identifying strategic use cases, engaging C-level decision-makers, and co-selling with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Key responsibilities
- Provide industry insight and business creativity to design unique use cases and solutions that differentiate Databricks in KSA
- Co-develop a business plan with internal teams and ecosystem partners to exceed quarterly and annual goals
- Motivate a diverse team of data and AI professionals to implement business strategies
- Lead clients and partners to identify impactful Data and AI use cases on the Databricks platform
- Support big data and AI transformation through partnerships, professional services, and executive engagement
- Guide strategic negotiations to close deals with strong value propositions
Experience & skills
- Experience in direct sales of enterprise software platforms to large enterprises
- Knowledge of the Data & AI space and previous experience selling technology solutions
- Proven quota over-achievement in complex software and services sales
- Experience with SaaS and usage-based subscription services
- Co-selling experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases and engage C-level executives
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, Command of the Message
- Ability to identify use cases and buying centres to increase product impact
- Experience developing partner strategies and executing them successfully
- Understanding of land-and-expand consumption-based models
