A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Manager â Design Data Centers to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design processes for mission-critical data center projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of MEP systems, proven experience managing complex design cycles, and a solid background in delivering high-performance infrastructure solutions within critical environments.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end design processes for data center projects from concept through delivery
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met in line with cost, time, and quality standards
- Oversee coordination of MEP systems related to data centers and critical infrastructure
- Ensure high-quality output across all design phases to meet client satisfaction and compliance
- Resolve technical and project-related issues efficiently, ensuring timely closure
- Develop and manage project design programs and progress trackers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on design deliverables, schedules, and expectations
- Utilize software tools such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management systems to drive execution
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in MEP Engineering, Design Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 yearsâ experience in multi-disciplinary project environments
- Proven experience in data center or large infrastructure project design
- Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes related to critical infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to manage design processes to quality and budget constraints
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant software preferred
- Ability to develop design programs and tracking systems for project delivery
