The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing paid media strategies for large-scale international and local B2B and B2C events organized by Tahaluf, including flagship events such as LEAP, Black Hat MEA, Money 20/20, Cityscape, and CPHI Middle East. Operating within a hybrid work environment in Riyadh, the role focuses on driving high-quality visitor registrations and qualified exhibitor leads through targeted international campaigns. The position involves developing and implementing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, supported by analytics tools including Google Analytics and Data Studio. The role requires managing Exprom (exhibitor promotion) and Visprom (visitor promotion) campaigns, aligning with sales and marketing objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to develop targeting strategies, data builds, and channel-specific communication plans. The manager is responsible for briefing agencies with clear media plans, targets, and insights from previous campaigns, overseeing campaign execution, and continuously optimizing performance metrics such as CTR, conversions, lead quality, and ROI optimization. The role includes monitoring campaign performance, conducting data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, refreshing creatives, adjusting targeting strategies, and preparing detailed monthly reports for senior leadership and marketing teams. The position also requires leveraging insights from previous campaigns and other portfolios to inform media planning, addressing challenges such as high registration volumes with low conversion rates, and penetrating new international markets unfamiliar with Saudi events through localized campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with agencies, sales teams, and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and success, while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required for content creation and communication, and the role demands expertise in campaign performance tracking, lead generation, media planning, and analytics within the global events sector.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive visitor registrations and qualified exhibitor leads for event portfolios
- Manage international and local Exprom and Visprom campaigns ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives including targeting strategies, data builds, and communication plans
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute media plans and campaign strategies for exhibitor and visitor promotion
- Brief agencies with clear targets, media plans, and campaign insights to ensure effective execution and delivery of high-performing campaigns
- Oversee campaign launch and execution while continuously optimizing performance metrics such as CTR, conversions, lead quality, and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio and identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports providing insights and visibility to senior leadership and marketing teams
- Drive improvements in conversion rates and increase volume of high-quality registrations through optimization of targeting and messaging strategies
- Work closely with agencies to ensure campaigns meet performance targets and timelines
- Leverage insights from previous campaigns and portfolios to inform media planning and execution and support entry into new markets
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience managing international paid media campaigns focused on registrations and lead generation
- Possess hands-on experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Exhibit strong analytical and reporting capabilities with ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Show experience creating and managing media plans including targeting strategies, data builds, and campaign execution frameworks
- Demonstrate experience working with or managing agencies to deliver high-performing paid media campaigns
- Exhibit proficiency in English and Arabic for content creation and communication in local and international campaigns
- Possess strong knowledge of campaign optimization techniques including CTR optimization, conversion rate optimization, and ROI optimization
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously within a fast-paced events environment
- Show understanding of local market dynamics and ability to develop localized campaigns for new market penetration
- Maintain capability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, marketing teams, and external agencies to achieve campaign objectives
