Job description
Local Content compliance across Strategy&'s Kingdom of Saudi Arabia operations needs steady hands to keep reporting accurate and governance on track, and that is where this role sits. Working closely with project teams and corporate functions, you will help ensure accurate reporting, effective governance, and ongoing compliance with Local Content regulations and client commitments. Both project-level and entity-level Local Content activities fall within scope, alongside partnering with Finance, Procurement, Human Capital, Operations, and business leadership. Project work means collecting, reviewing, and tracking Local Content commitments, performance, and supporting evidence, then coordinating with procurement, finance, and HR to validate data for ongoing and new projects. Reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and submission packs get prepared regularly, with performance tracked against targets so shortfalls and risks surface early. Entity-level responsibilities cover Local Content submissions, calculations, and supporting schedules for KSA entities, drawing on payroll, supplier spend, national workforce information, and training data validated against source systems. Documentation and filing get maintained throughout, keeping evidence ready for internal review and external requirements. Coordination sits at the center of it all too, acting as a point of contact between the central Local Content team and stakeholders across KSA entities and projects, supporting audits, reviews, and management reporting on Local Content status and compliance.
