This leadership role is perfect for a driven, strategic thinker with a strong sales background. Youāll manage and grow a high-performing team, drive corporate client acquisition, and spearhead strategies to scale sales performance across off-plan and resale markets.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the off-plan and secondary sales team
- Establish, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Support and develop sales managers to improve conversions
- Optimize department workflows and CRM usage
- Identify and pursue corporate client opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Plan and execute long-term and short-term sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, IT, and broker departments
Experience & skills
- 3+ years in a leadership role within sales or real estate agency
- Strong managerial and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Russian (B2-C2)
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
- Track record in corporate client development
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Motivated by performance, with leadership and coaching ability
