Job description
Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead its Gaming, iGaming & Digital Native vertical across the MEA region. The role involves shaping and executing strategic go-to-market plans, leading a sales team, driving customer engagement and revenue, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver cloud-native security and performance solutions. With a focus on digital-native organizations across high-growth MEA markets, the director will be responsible for scaling operations, engaging executive stakeholders, and representing Cloudflare at industry forums.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the Gaming, iGaming & Digital Native sales team across MEA to achieve growth targets.
- Develop and execute strategic GTM plans for key verticals and high-opportunity markets.
- Engage with senior executives at digital-native companies to align Cloudflare solutions with business goals.
- Build and manage partner relationships to scale market reach and deal volume.
- Create structured segmentation strategies to prioritize and pursue high-value accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to deliver cohesive client outcomes.
- Ensure forecasting accuracy and sales process rigor through effective pipeline management.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing, customer-focused sales talent.
- Represent Cloudflare in regional industry events and associations.
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience scaling regional or vertical business units.
- Strong track record in Gaming/iGaming, SaaS, eCommerce, or digital-native companies.
- Expertise in modern cloud and security solutions including Zero Trust, SASE, and performance optimization.
- Ability to manage complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic and hands-on leadership approach.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
