Central 3's fulfillment stores each report up through a layer of supervisors, and this Area Operations Manager role sits above that structure, overseeing performance across the whole group for Panda Retail Company. Management strategies set at a higher level get followed and applied consistently across every store in the area, translating broader direction into local execution. You coach supervisors and store teams directly, working to make sure every store in the portfolio hits its KPIs rather than just the strongest performers. P&L targets stay a constant focus too, with performance tracked against the goals the business sets for the area. Retail experience combined with an understanding of online shopping and e-commerce fulfillment underpins the role, since Central 3 covers both physical stores and the logistics behind order fulfillment. Basic knowledge of stocking and logistics supports day to day decisions around inventory flow and order readiness. English proficiency matters throughout, given the reporting and coordination this role requires across a diverse team.
