Job description
The Professional Health Representative – Vaccine role is responsible for promoting Pfizer vaccine products within an assigned geographic territory in the UAE, specifically Dubai, through a hybrid engagement model combining face-to-face and digital interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). The role focuses on delivering science-driven, value-based communications to support disease awareness, product understanding, and appropriate use of vaccines in alignment with Pfizer’s compliance standards and strategic objectives. The representative is accountable for driving sustainable business growth by executing territory-specific plans of action (POA), managing accounts, improving product access, and ensuring formulary inclusion. The role involves providing accurate scientific and clinical information on vaccine usage, dosing, safety, and efficacy, as well as supporting physicians in disease management through approved Pfizer materials and guidelines. Additional responsibilities include monitoring territory performance, identifying new business opportunities, collecting market insights and competitive intelligence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing and medical affairs. The position requires strong omnichannel engagement capabilities, CRM reporting, compliance adherence, and participation in congresses, workshops, and educational initiatives. The representative also plays a key role in stakeholder relationship building, customer onboarding to digital platforms, and execution of promotional campaigns while maintaining full accountability for territory sales performance and reporting accuracy.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related pharmaceutical/medical field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a health or medical representative
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and vaccine products
- Experience in healthcare professional engagement and medical sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in omnichannel sales environments
- Strong analytical and territory management skills
- Experience using digital engagement tools and CRM systems
