The Senior Engineer - DPI & Intelligent Traffic Analysis Center is responsible for providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support, particularly for VAS Business, Regulatory Affairs & TDRA. The role involves deep problem investigation and troubleshooting of Internet Applications and Web Content Traffic, with an in-depth understanding of VOIP, VPN, and Deep Packet Inspection products. Responsibilities include planning and conducting testing, change management, and coordination with higher tier support teams for critical case resolution. The engineer will also generate reports on application service performance and ensure high expertise in mobile handsets, networking, and content filtering solutions. A solid grasp of client-server architecture, mobile application architecture, and related software and hardware environments is essential. The role is integral to maintaining the quality and performance of services on the EITC (du) network.
