Job description
The Senior Manager - Destination Operations Planning leads end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring and closure of complex, multi-modular business projects to build a robust operating platform for Mobility. Based on-site at The Red Sea offices (Red Sea Site), the role drives cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, procurement and finance to define, acquire and set up enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, procurement systems) and the associated data flows and reporting. Responsibilities include gathering, documenting and prioritizing business requirements; translating requirements into actionable implementation plans; coordinating with technical leads and solution architects on systems design, development, integration and testing; overseeing procurement lifecycle activities (vendor evaluation, RFP/RFQ processes, contract negotiation); aligning data and accounting with internal controls, regulatory requirements and financial audit standards; driving data accuracy, reconciliation and integrity across modules; managing risks and issues with mitigation strategies; and maintaining clear stakeholder communication on project status, KPIs, financial performance and strategic alignment. The position enforces policies, processes, SOPs and financial controls, conducts periodic reviews and testing of reporting accuracy, and champions continuous improvement in systems, processes and practices. Tooling and reporting proficiency spans MS Project, Jira, Asana, SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel, with value placed on PMP or PRINCE2 certification. The role mentors colleagues, supports team development, and aligns with procurement, HR and operations to communicate financial results and KPIs, ultimately enabling profitability, efficiency and scalable operations for Mobility.
