Job description
The Manager - Data Management and Analytics at Dubai Holding Group Services will lead the development and implementation of data strategies, governance frameworks, and analytics initiatives across HR, Procurement, and Finance. The role encompasses data quality and integration, dashboard and predictive model development, UX/UI optimization, demand and project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, fostering innovation, mentoring junior analysts, and optimizing processes in a shared services environment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement data management strategy and governance framework
- Ensure data quality, consistency, security, and integration across HR, Procurement, and Finance
- Collaborate with IT to deploy effective data tools and systems
- Deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive models for workforce, supplier, and financial insights
- Identify trends using advanced analytics and maintain KPIs for performance tracking
- Present insights to leadership and mentor junior analysts
- Create intuitive interfaces for data tools using UX/UI best practices
- Apply design thinking, user research, and testing to improve usability
- Prioritize analytics requests and manage project portfolio
- Ensure timely delivery using project management best practices
- Act as bridge between cross-functional teams for data alignment
- Lead and mentor analysts, driving a culture of innovation
- Use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in HR, Procurement, and Finance
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s in Data/Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred
- 6+ years in data management/analytics with at least 2 years in leadership
- Exposure to Finance, Procurement, and HCM domains
- Experience in UX/UI design, project and demand management
- Proven track record in shared services/multi-functional environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, and MDM
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, Databricks
- Knowledge of ERP systems for HR, Procurement, and Finance (e.g., Oracle)
- Experience in predictive modelling and machine learning
- Strong skills in data governance, integration, and quality tools
