Job description
ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking an Analyst, Financial Systems to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of financial systems. The role involves reviewing current and proposed systems, coordinating with users and developers for customization, conducting user testing, and providing continuous support and training. The position requires developing documentation, analyzing feedback, fine-tuning systems, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The analyst will act as the focal point for user support, troubleshooting, and security management, contributing to optimal system performance aligned with business requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct review and study of existing or proposed financial systems to define requirements and provide recommendations
- Initiate system development and customization in coordination with users, developers, and consultants
- Organize and conduct user testing for functionality, security, and performance
- Consult with system users to analyze feedback, document improvements, and resolve conflicting requirements
- Provide training, orientation, and continuous support to system users
- Develop systems documentation including requirements, specifications, and user manuals
- Monitor implemented systems and initiate fine-tuning for adaptability
- Develop/customize applications and reports as per business needs
- Perform installation and configuration of systems for users
- Produce physical and logical data models based on program and business requirements
- Assist in benchmarking exercises and align systems with best practices
- Act as focal point for support and security, including user account management
- Maintain system requirement documentation and prepare detailed reports and flowcharts
- Conduct analyses related to business applications with IT and vendor support
- Assist users with data retrieval and develop tools to manage efficient workflows
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree in Accounting
- Formal training in ERP/Financial Systems implementation
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting including ERP system implementation
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
- Experience in large organization financial systems
- Ability to customize and monitor ERP systems
- Strong skills in user training, documentation, and technical support
