Job description
Alshaya Group is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist for the Starbucks brand in the UAE. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a strong background in paid media and consumer marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok. You will drive performance-focused initiatives that align with the brandās broader marketing goals and work closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaign success.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement multi-channel paid media strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Manage end-to-end digital campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with creative and media agency teams to align ad content with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Adjust targeting, bids, and creatives based on data insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Support monthly reporting with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Leverage consumer marketing expertise to develop engaging and relevant campaigns.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and shared KPIs.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
- 3ā4 years of experience in paid media strategy, buying, and campaign management.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Experience working closely with media agencies and managing external vendors.
- Proven track record in consumer marketing with measurable results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools for media insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
