Job description
Reporting to the Regional Services Leader, this position runs Elastic's Enterprise & Public Sector Services business across MENA. Services bookings and revenue targets are yours, along with a territory services strategy tied to account plans and long-term adoption. Account Executives, Solution Architects, Delivery and Customer Success are close partners in shaping services that shorten time to value on the Elastic Search AI Platform. Bids and negotiations run through you, covering scope, pricing, contract structures and Statements of Work linked to measurable milestones. Once work is signed, a portfolio of concurrent engagements needs governance, with cost, margin and customer satisfaction kept on target and escalations handled quickly. Steering meetings, risk mitigation and change management keep strategic accounts on track, especially where public sector regulatory constraints apply. Expect travel of up to 50%, occasionally international. Applicants need 8+ years in Professional Services, program delivery or pre-sales in enterprise technology, a background in search, observability, analytics or security, fluent Arabic and English, and Saudi Arabian citizenship.

Key responsibilities
- Own and achieve Services bookings and revenue targets for Enterprise & Public Sector in MENA
- Build and execute a territory services strategy aligned with account plans and long-term adoption
- Maintain accurate forecasts and close pipeline gaps proactively
- Lead the services bid and negotiation lifecycle, including scope, pricing, contract structures and deliverables
- Drive discovery and shape outcome-oriented services offerings
- Develop Statements of Work tied to measurable milestones and business outcomes
- Position Elastic Services as a strategic enabler for transformation initiatives
- Oversee concurrent engagements to deliver within cost, margin and customer satisfaction expectations
- Govern strategic accounts, managing escalations and aligning Sales, Delivery and Customer Success
- Mitigate risks, facilitate steering meetings and run structured reporting and change management
- Advise customers on aligning Elastic Services with mission objectives and regulatory constraints
- Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Operations and Partner teams in a matrixed organization
Experience & skills
- Bring 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, program delivery or pre-sales within enterprise technology
- Demonstrate experience working with Enterprise & Public Sector organizations
- Prove commercial ownership of services bookings targets, including forecasting and complex contract negotiations
- Show a strong background delivering technology solutions in search, observability, analytics or security
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements with governance and risk oversight
- Speak and write fluent Arabic and English
- Hold Saudi Arabian citizenship
- Travel up to 50%, occasionally internationally
- Know Elasticsearch and related technologies such as Linux, NoSQL and distributed systems (preferred)
- Possess PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification (preferred)
- Obtain security clearance if required
