Job description
Signature clients are the most valued part of Emirates NBD's Priority Banking (PRB) base, and this Dubai-based Director manages those key customer relationships, with Russian language a must. Close coordination with Customer Service teams keeps each client's experience smooth. The Priority Banking value proposition is shaped around changing client needs and market trends, with segment-specific offerings built alongside product, digital and analytics teams. Competitive positioning and client feedback show where the offer can stand apart, measured through uptake, satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores. KYC, AML and conduct risk controls are embedded in all unit activity, and exception reports, escalations and audit findings are reviewed and challenged. Processes are streamlined using data analytics to cut friction and errors, with IT and Operations aligned to front-line needs. Team capability grows through targeted learning plans, coaching and succession planning, with digital fluency encouraged throughout. Expect to bring a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, ideally a Master's, banking certifications such as IBF Advanced or Chartered Banker, and fluent Russian.
