Job description
The Senior Manager β FP&A role is based in Dubai and sits within a high-profile real estate group, supporting strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across large-scale real estate developments. The role leads the development and finalisation of annual budgets and schedules using EPBCS and Hyperion Budgeting, ensuring accuracy, alignment with business strategy, and timely execution across subsidiaries. The position works closely with senior leadership, Business Development, and statutory reporting teams to prepare and monitor project-level cash flows including sales, CAPEX, and collections, while identifying financial risks and driving cost optimisation initiatives. The role also supports IFRS 9 workings, legal provisions, international entity reporting, quarterly submissions, and group-level reviews. In addition, the Senior Manager β FP&A owns and enhances financial systems, dashboards, policies, and reporting tools, driving continuous improvement across financial planning, MIS, and data-driven decision support within a performance-driven real estate environment.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and finalisation of annual budgets and forecasts using EPBCS, ensuring data accuracy and strategic alignment
- Consolidate business plans and coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure timely and effective budget execution
- Liaise with senior leadership and Business Development teams to prepare detailed project-level cash flows including sales, CAPEX, and collections
- Monitor and analyse project-level cash flows, identify financial risks, and propose cost optimisation measures
- Support review of provisions, legal matters, IFRS 9 workings, international entities, and quarterly reporting submissions
- Assist with clearance packs and quarterly group review processes in coordination with statutory reporting teams
- Maintain control of Hyperion Budgeting systems and ensure accurate budget monitoring and reporting
- Implement and enhance financial policies, procedures, and controls related to budgeting, MIS, and statutory reporting
- Develop dashboards, forecasts, and financial models to track and analyse ongoing project performance
- Create financial reporting templates and policies to strengthen governance and control
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial planning, reporting systems, and analytical tools
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and data-driven insights to support internal stakeholders
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Possess professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent as a preferred qualification
- Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in corporate finance, budgeting, and reporting within the real estate sector
- Exhibit strong understanding of real estate accounting, financial modelling, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong hands-on experience with Hyperion, EPBCS, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, performance-driven environment with strong stakeholder management capability
