Job description
The Supply Chain & Operations Consultant at Accenture Strategy & Consulting (UAE – Emirati Nationals only) is responsible for delivering strategic and transformational projects across supply chain and operations domains for leading regional and global clients. As part of the Management Consulting practice, the consultant supports both business development and service delivery, focusing on areas such as supply chain strategy, sourcing and procurement optimization, operational excellence, smart services, capital projects, and manufacturing operations. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative, tech-enabled transformation strategies that enhance resilience, mitigate risk, and drive sustainable growth. The consultant will engage with clients across industries including Oil & Gas, Utilities, Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Logistics, and Industrial sectors, providing analytical insights, executive-level presentations, and transformation roadmaps that enable measurable operational improvements.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Contribute as a core team member on supply chain and operations transformation projects for key client accounts across multiple industries.
- Analyze client operations, supply chain performance, sourcing strategies, and procurement processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop structured recommendations and transformation roadmaps aligned with client strategic objectives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and detailed deliverables to communicate insights, findings, and implementation plans.
- Support operational excellence initiatives, including process optimization, cost reduction, service improvement, and performance management frameworks.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client pitches, and solution design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture teams, including data, AI, technology, and change management experts, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support implementation and change initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption of recommended solutions.
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, validate analyses, and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycle.
- Contribute to knowledge development within the Supply Chain & Operations practice, leveraging best practices and industry insights.
Experience & skills
- UAE National (Emirati) as per local Emiratization regulations.
- Experience in supply chain, operations, sourcing & procurement, or related consulting environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret operational and financial data.
- Ability to develop high-quality executive presentations and structured deliverables.
- Exposure to strategic and transformational projects within industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Consumer Goods, Retail, Logistics, Industrial, or Travel & Hospitality.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments with multiple priorities.
- Interest in technology-enabled transformation and innovation in supply chain and operations.
