Job description
The Learning and Development Manager at Presight in Abu Dhabi will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing the organization’s learning platforms, talent development frameworks, and employee training initiatives. The role includes end-to-end ownership of digital learning systems, aligning them with HR systems and future learning innovations. Key responsibilities span across managing learning management systems (LMS), supporting talent identification and succession planning, analyzing data for strategic insights, and creating internal communications to drive adoption and engagement. The manager will also deliver onboarding, leadership, and digital skills training, produce self-learning content, and lead cross-functional projects in partnership with HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders. Candidates must have proven experience in LMS implementation, talent development models, data reporting (e.g., Power BI, Excel), and stakeholder communication. A background in digital-first or technology-led environments is highly desirable, along with strong facilitation and project management skills.

- Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of LMS and digital learning platforms
- Act as system owner ensuring platforms are user-friendly, integrated, and scalable
- Ensure learning systems align with HR systems and support future innovation
- Support the design and implementation of talent frameworks to identify high-potential employees
- Provide tools and data for evidence-based talent decisions by managers and HR
- Track and report on talent pipeline health and development progress
- Develop dashboards and reports for learning and talent insights
- Analyze learning data to identify trends, measure impact, and guide improvements
- Monitor KPIs for learning adoption, engagement, completion, and outcomes
- Design and deliver communication plans for learning initiatives
- Create content and messaging to drive learning adoption
- Develop toolkits and resources for managers and employees
- Deliver system and development training sessions for all stakeholders
- Facilitate onboarding, digital skills, and leadership training
- Produce self-directed learning materials such as guides and videos
- Lead learning and talent tech projects ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery
- Collaborate with HR, IT, business leaders, and vendors for alignment
- Maintain a roadmap for system enhancements and talent initiatives
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Digital Media, IT, or related field
- Have proven experience implementing and managing LMS or digital learning platforms
- Demonstrate experience with talent management models and career development tools
- Possess strong data management and reporting skills using Excel or Power BI
- Have experience delivering communication and engagement strategies
- Show strong facilitation and training delivery capabilities
- Be experienced in managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Preferably have worked in a digital-first or tech-led environment
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with focus on user experience
