The Team Leader – Mortgages at Huspy in Dubai is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing, developing, and scaling a team of 15+ Mortgage Consultants within a fast-growing property technology company. The role drives monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets while ensuring high standards of customer experience, internal governance, and operational efficiency. As part of a rapidly expanding organization with a strong presence in the UAE and Europe, the position combines deep mortgage sales expertise with strong coaching and performance management capabilities. The Team Leader plays a critical role in enabling consultants across CRM usage, mortgage processes, and industry best practices, managing customer escalations and complex mortgage cases, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery. The role also contributes to hiring, onboarding, ramp-up, and strategic growth initiatives aligned with Huspy’s culture and ambitious expansion goals in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and European markets.
