Job description
Outsource is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-focused digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. Based in Riyadh, this on-site role will involve transforming business and user insights into polished interfaces that balance functionality and aesthetic appeal. The designer will be responsible for conducting user research, building wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and ensuring seamless design implementation through close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented creative thinker with strong technical proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, and a solid understanding of design systems, usability testing, and analytics-driven optimization. The role offers an opportunity to shape the digital experience of modern products in a fast-evolving, tech-driven environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand user needs and pain points
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize product ideas and interactions
- Create responsive, visually engaging UI designs optimized for both web and mobile devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business to ensure accurate design implementation
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing insights, and data analytics
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components for consistency across products
- Stay updated on modern design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve user experience
- Support development teams by providing design specifications and assets
- Use digital analytics tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics to evaluate and enhance user interactions
- Integrate micro-interactions and motion design to create engaging digital experiences
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related discipline
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of real-world case studies
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience designing responsive layouts for mobile and desktop platforms
- Knowledge of usability testing methods and tools for validating design decisions
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Hotjar and Google Analytics
- Understanding of design systems, style guides, and scalable UI components
- Excellent visual communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in motion design or micro-interaction design is preferred
