Job description
The Senior Specialist β Operations role within the Sports and Entertainment District (ADRENA) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations and special projects across entertainment and attraction assets. The position ensures operational readiness, adherence to standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement of guest services and attraction efficiency. The role works closely with guest services, attractions, and support units to coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor performance, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and service standards. The position contributes to data collection, reporting, KPI analysis, seasonal and special event execution, staff scheduling inputs, capacity planning, onboarding, training, and operational communications between field teams and leadership to support smooth, efficient, and high-quality asset operations.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining operational plans and standard operating procedures
- Monitor attraction and operational performance and support continuous process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and guest service standards across operations
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between guest services, attractions, and support units
- Support operational data collection, reporting, and KPI analysis
- Participate in planning and execution of seasonal programs and special events
- Provide technical input for staff scheduling and operational capacity planning
- Support onboarding and training activities for new operations staff
- Assist in managing operational communication between field teams and leadership
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrate 1β3 years of experience in operational or project coordination roles
- Exhibit experience within hospitality, tourism, attractions, or related operational environments
