Job description
EY Technology Consulting seeks an Oracle – Enterprise Performance Management Manager in Dubai to lead Digital Finance/Corporate Performance Management engagements focused on financial consolidation, planning and reporting. The role manages projects independently from blueprint to go-live, provides product trainings, performs presales activities and product demonstrations, and demonstrates in-depth technical capabilities. The mandate includes end-to-end solution design and implementation for EPBCS and FCCS: working closely with clients to translate business needs into EPBCS and FCCS solutions, leading technical aspects such as system architecture, data modelling, workflow design, and integration with multiple source systems, and customizing and deploying applications based on client-specific requirements. Required toolset and standards include Oracle EPM Cloud components (FCCS, EPBCS, Workforce Planning, ARCS, EDMCS), AIH (Analytical Information Hub) and predictive analytics, ETL processes, data mapping and calculations, workflows and metadata, pre-seeded system calculations for consolidation, translation and cashflow, Groovy scripting and business rules, as well as knowledge of other CPM/Business Intelligence solutions. Responsibilities span managing client engagement teams, actively sharing product and functional knowledge, overseeing solution delivery quality, and contributing to proposal creation/business development, aligned to reporting and performance improvement requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver Digital Finance/EPM projects from blueprint to go-live, applying project management techniques and ensuring high-quality results for reporting, consolidation, planning and analytics requirements
- Lead end-to-end solution design for EPBCS and FCCS, including system architecture, data modelling, workflow design, and metadata configuration aligned to client business needs
- Integrate EPBCS and FCCS with multiple source systems to enable seamless data flow, calculations and reporting
- Customize and deploy EPBCS and FCCS based on client-specific requirements, leveraging out-of-the-box modules and pre-seeded calculations where appropriate
- Develop and maintain business rules and Groovy scripting to support planning, calculations, allocations and consolidations
- Provide technical guidance to project teams, mentor junior members, and actively share product and functional knowledge within the team
- Conduct product trainings, presales activities and product demonstrations to support business development
- Prepare and review design documents, data mappings, ETL specifications and testing assets to ensure robust build and traceability
- Coordinate and execute testing cycles (unit, system, integration and user acceptance) to validate functionality and performance
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements, translate them into EPM designs, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout delivery
Experience & skills
- 6–9+ years of relevant experience in financial performance management and consolidation
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with EPBCS products and 3–5+ years with FCCS products
- Experience of having implemented at least two engagements covering FCCS and EPBCS
- Conceptual understanding of other EPM modules such as Workforce Planning, ARCS and EDMCS
- Strong understanding of EPBCS and FCCS functionality and setup, including pre-seeded consolidation, translation and cashflow calculations
- Proficiency in ETL processes, data mapping and calculations, with experience designing workflows and metadata
- Knowledge of writing Groovy scripting and business rules within Oracle EPM
- Experience with AIH (Analytical Information Hub) and predictive analytics (plus)
- Master background in finance/economics and/or IT; Accounting educational background advantageous; Chartered Accountant qualification mandatory for FCCS
- Relevant certifications in EPBCS/EPM and/or FCCS (advantageous)
- People management skills with ability to lead teams and mentor junior members
- Experience with proposal creation and business development (plus)
- Knowledge of other CPM/Business Intelligence solutions (asset)
