Job description
The CRM Operations Specialist at Keeta in Riyadh is responsible for driving the effectiveness of customer relationship management channels to maximize engagement, DAU, and GMV. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM operations, experimentation, and analytics in the Saudi market, with strong collaboration across Product, Finance, Legal, and User Growth teams. The specialist will manage outreach campaigns, optimize notifications, and continuously iterate strategies based on data-driven insights. Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CRM strategies across multiple channels including Push, SMS, Email, and WhatsApp to optimize engagement and business growth.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests on content, frequency, and channel mix to enhance CTR, CVR, and overall user retention.
- Partner with Product teams to refine user scenarios and notification UI/UX to improve CRM tool effectiveness and underlying product functionality.
- Manage CRM budget planning, allocation, and compliance while coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide forward-looking insights and recommendations to the User Growth team.
- Perform data analysis to track key growth metrics, identify actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in CRM strategies.
- Maintain excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration with internal teams, promoting a culture of accountability and proactive problem solving.
- Act as a local market expert, representing Saudi market dynamics in strategic decisions and CRM initiatives.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM operations or user operations within the Saudi market.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analysis, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Native Arabic speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing CRM strategies with measurable business impact.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools and data-driven decision making.
- Strong cross-functional communication, team collaboration, and proactive ownership mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to embrace challenges.
