Job description
This senior role within the General Spa function (VUQ) in the United Arab Emirates is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a highly empowered luxury hospitality environment. The role represents the brand throughout the complete guest journey, delivering flawless service experiences from welcome until farewell and ensuring guests become loyal advocates of the hotel. The position focuses on delighting guests through the complete range of spa treatments delivered to the highest possible standards within a 5-star hospitality setting. The role operates within a performance-driven culture, ensuring achievement of financial and non-financial business goals and initiatives, completing projects on time, within budget, and in line with defined quality standards, realizing cost efficiencies, and analyzing spa operations to assign resources effectively. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the business unit, providing constructive feedback both on and off the job, resolving guest complaints, and delivering appropriate service recovery when required. The role aligns with the organizationās core beliefs around customer focus, ownership mindset, fast-paced execution, adaptability, and operational excellence, while upholding luxury hospitality and spa service standards.

- Ensure achievement of spa business goals including financial targets, non-financial objectives, and strategic initiatives
- Deliver spa projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards
- Analyze spa operations and assign resources effectively to optimize performance and cost efficiency
- Realize cost efficiencies while maintaining high standards of spa service and guest experience
- Maintain seamless communication across all levels of the business unit to support operational alignment
- Provide constructive feedback to team members both on and off the job to drive performance improvement
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure appropriate service recovery to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry environment
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in hospitality, beauty therapy, or a similar field
- Maintain a minimum of a high school diploma, with a College degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred
- Demonstrate a strong command of written and spoken English, with additional languages considered an asset
- Operate effectively within a performance-driven luxury hospitality and spa environment
