Job description
Diesel engines, overhead cranes, forklifts, reach stackers and HVAC systems at Tasnee's Jubail site all fall under this Mechanical Specialist's care. Detailed and condition-based inspections lead to repair recommendations, and the findings shape task lists, PM plans, CTI/TRA and procedures for each system. Repair works, TAM and ARC (Annual Rated Contract) each need a clear SOW, and contractor proposals need technical evaluation. Spare parts reviews and MDG (Material Data Governance) requests keep materials right for the job. Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis and incident investigations feed into failure reports. Change is managed through the full MOC process, from initiation and evaluation through PDSA, PSSR and CFO (Clearance for Operation) to closeout. Criticality assessments, Capex budgets and drawing updates also land with you, as does supervising project handover and uploading equipment master data in SAP. During critical work, you act as the onsite lead. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering and 13+ years of relevant experience are required, with working knowledge of SAP Maintenance Modules, Meridium APM, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.
