Job description
The Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on managing technical programs for Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy customers. The role entails developing long-term customer relationships, aligning OCI services with business strategies, and guiding customers through cloud infrastructure transformation. TPMs serve as trusted advisors, leveraging deep technical and strategic knowledge of cloud architecture, governance, risk management, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include proactive account planning, executive-level governance, incident coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and delivery teams. This Riyadh-based role requires fluency in Arabic and English, and extensive experience in managing complex cloud deployment projects and customer relationships in a strategic capacity.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer relationships with DRCC and Alloy clients at technical and executive levels
- Understand customer business strategies, industry drivers, and organizational structure
- Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, engineering, and product to define and implement cloud solutions
- Operate as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating communications across Oracle units
- Coordinate and manage major incident responses and customer expectations
- Establish and maintain senior-level governance models for customer engagement
- Conduct proactive scope and risk management, and lead account planning
- Lead initiatives for product, service, and process development
- Drive regional and global strategy execution in collaboration with Oracle leadership
Experience & skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- 7+ years of experience in strategic program development and execution for customer success
- Demonstrated experience in managing cloud infrastructure projects and deployments
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in negotiating and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate in ambiguous and complex environments
- MBA or Master’s degree in a technical discipline preferred
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technical account management
- Domain knowledge of public cloud technologies and distributed systems
