Job description
A Master Schedule that ties multiple project packages together, with every interdependence mapped, sits at the heart of this Project Controls Director's work for Parsons in Abu Dhabi. Controls processes, tools and procedures for cost, schedule and performance are yours to develop and implement. Contractor baseline schedules come to you for review and approval against contract requirements. What-if analyses test the impact of changes before decisions are made. Earned Value Analysis, trend analysis and risk evaluations feed regular progress reports, dashboards and the Project Risk Register. EOT requests and other claims are assessed with delay analysis methodologies, and delay notices go out where needed. Construction phasing, interface management and value engineering benefit from your expert advice, as does PMIS deployment across the program. Project controls teams look to you for leadership and training, and workshops keep clients, contractors and consultants aligned. Candidates bring at least 15 years on large-scale infrastructure projects, including rail and aviation, a civil engineering degree and strong project controls software knowledge, with Middle East experience an advantage.
