Job description
The Assistant Real Estate Manager will support the Real Estate Manager in managing Alshaya Groupās property portfolio across retail, F&B, and leisure assets. The role covers the full real estate lifecycle including site selection, lease administration, negotiations, property management, and portfolio optimization. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, fluency in both English and Arabic, and the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the full lifecycle of lease management for Alshaya's brand locations, including drafting, reviewing, and administering lease agreements, renewals, expansions, and terminations.
- Ensure and maintain accurate and up-to-date lease databases and documentation for selected AOR with LSM.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and brand teams to ensure seamless lease execution and compliance.
- Liaise with mall management, landlords, and external service providers to address property-related issues and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support in market research and data analysis to inform real estate decisions, including rent comparable, occupancy rates, and market trends.
- Assist in the research and evaluation of potential new store locations, assessing market feasibility, demographics, foot traffic, and competitor presence.
- Support in preparing site analysis reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in negotiations with landlords and developers under the guidance of the Real Estate Manager.
- Act as a key liaison between the Real Estate department and internal brand teams, operations, finance, and legal departments.
- Ensure clear and timely communication on all real estate matters.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate management, property administration, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a multicultural, fast-paced team.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results oriented.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
