Job description
As an Executive Assistant, Reservations & Call Center at Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, the role provides comprehensive administrative support to the hotel’s reservations and call center operations. The position focuses on documentation, data management, reporting, coordination, and internal communication to ensure efficient workflows, accuracy of records, and compliance with hotel policies. This role supports guest service and reservation functions within a luxury hospitality environment, contributing to seamless back-of-house operations that support both Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. The position operates within a large, multicultural organization and aligns with Atlantis Dubai’s purpose of delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to reservations and call center operations
- Manage documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
- Maintain and organize data and records related to reservations and call center activities
- Prepare reports to support operational efficiency and decision-making
- Coordinate workflows between reservations, call center teams, and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate effective internal communication to support guest service and reservation functions
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality training or a related field
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong administrative skills applicable to reservations and call center operations
- Ability to support data management, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Capability to plan, analyze, and support operational workflows in a hospitality environment
