Job description
The Outlet Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing the service team and coordinating closely with the culinary team. This role ensures that the outlet operates according to luxury standards, maintains high service and product quality, and drives business growth through operational excellence, upselling, and market engagement. The Outlet Manager also fosters a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adherence to hospitality best practices.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the service team to deliver professional and courteous service at all times
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the outlet and surrounding areas
- Maintain high quality of products and services offered in the outlet
- Train employees on the outlet concept, menu items, and service standards
- Drive revenue through upselling and identification of business opportunities
- Foster innovation by collecting and communicating new ideas to department heads
- Support talent development initiatives, including training, feedback, and multi-tasking assignments
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, fire, safety, and hygiene regulations including HACCP
- Operate POS systems effectively and oversee transactional accuracy
- Stay aware of local restaurant scene and gastronomic trends to position the outlet competitively
Experience & skills
- 2β3 yearsβ experience in a similar managerial role within the F&B sector
- Experience in luxury, five-star international hotels
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in Italian or fine-dining restaurants preferred
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop service teams
- Knowledge of POS systems and operational workflow in luxury hospitality
- Understanding of safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance requirements
- Strong guest service orientation and business acumen
