Job description
The Sales Executive role at TruKKer is focused on acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients with complex logistics and transportation requirements in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. TruKKer is the Middle Eastās first and largest on-demand truck aggregator, transforming the fragmented logistics market through technology to create a standardized, transparent, and efficient transportation ecosystem. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B enterprise sales by leading contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service-level agreement structuring while coordinating closely with operations, finance, and technology teams to deliver customized logistics solutions. The role includes delivering tailored client presentations and proposals, monitoring logistics and transportation market trends, and providing strategic input to leadership to support TruKKerās growth and market expansion. This position requires hands-on experience in enterprise sales within the logistics or transportation sector, strong exposure to supply chain and logistics operations, and the ability to manage complex client relationships while working independently and coordinating with multiple departments in a high-performance, target-driven environment.

- Acquire and manage enterprise-level clients with complex logistics and transportation needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service-level agreement development with enterprise customers.

- Prepare and deliver client presentations and sales proposals tailored to enterprise requirements.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field with foundational knowledge of commercial sales and supply chain principles.
- Possess a minimum of 3+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales experience, with demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and high-value client accounts.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in leading contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and defining service-level agreements within enterprise environments.
- Show practical exposure to the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry, with understanding of enterprise logistics operations and customer requirements.
- Exhibit advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Apply strong business acumen, accountability, and ownership in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a field-based, target-driven role while managing pressure and deadlines effectively.
- Coordinate efficiently with multiple internal departments including operations, finance, and technology to ensure solution alignment and successful execution.
