Job description
Oil and gas operators rarely hire quickly, and this Dubai-based sales position is built around the long sales cycles, complex procurement and safety-sensitive hiring that come with the energy sector. Your clients will include E&P operators, EPC firms, refineries, midstream and pipeline companies and oilfield service providers, all buying contract, contract-to-hire and permanent staffing. Winning them means building a pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, RFP responses and industry networking. Much of the negotiation happens around MSA and vendor agreements, PSL applications, bill rates and markups. Once accounts are in place, the recruiting and delivery teams count on you to help fill engineering, technician, HSE and skilled trades roles with qualified, compliant candidates. Compliance runs through the work, from safety certifications and drug and alcohol testing to TWIC cards and offshore survival training, and familiarity with ISNetworld and Veriforce helps. Pipeline activity, win/loss analysis and account performance are tracked in CRM tools such as Bullhorn, Salesforce or JobDiva. Expect to represent the company at events like OTC and SPE gatherings and to travel to client sites, including field locations. At least 5 years of B2B sales, with meaningful staffing sales experience in oil and gas or the broader energy sector, is the baseline.
