Credit and lending systems in a bank environment sit at the center of this Test Lead role, based in Dubai and built around MSME, Mid Corporate, and Large Corporate lending processes. Test strategy and master test plan authorship fall under this role, with documents expected to pass formal programme and audit scrutiny. You bring hands-on test design and execution experience that stays active even after promotion into a lead capacity, rather than getting left behind once the title changes. End-to-end lending, loan origination, or credit decisioning implementations run from test planning through to Go-Live, with at least two such implementations expected on the CV. Integration testing covers external spreading and rating engines, credit bureaux, national identity services, and partner lending platforms, checking that every connection holds up under real conditions. Non-functional test oversight sits within scope too, directing and challenging a specialist performance tester rather than running performance tests solo. UAT gets planned and led through to a documented business acceptance decision, closing the loop between testing and the business sign off that follows. UAE central bank regulatory expectations shape much of the work, and UAE or wider GCC banking experience carries real weight for anyone stepping into this role. Agile, hybrid, and vendor led delivery models all factor into how testing gets organized, since the role spans more than one delivery approach.
