Job description

The Cloud Architect - OpenShift at Red Hat Consulting in Riyadh is responsible for providing expert guidance and hands-on delivery of Red Hat infrastructure and cloud solutions. The role entails advising customers on best practices related to automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups, while leading on-site delivery and implementation of OpenShift and associated technologies. The architect gains deep understanding of customer infrastructures and business challenges, translating these into architecture recommendations and enterprise deployments. They work closely with consulting teams, product engineering, support, and sales to ensure a world-class experience for clients. The role also contributes to the creation of repeatable methodologies, tools, and frameworks to scale Red Hat services, reduce delivery risk, and standardize customer engagements across the region. The position requires strong customer-facing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workloads and lifecycle management for applications on cloud and container platforms.
