Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Aesthetics is seeking a Mentor EMEA Product Manager within the Marketing function and Strategic Marketing sub function (Senior Analyst, Strategic Marketing P6 category). The role operates across EMEA and supports implementation of the marketing plan in focus geographies, including support of the multi market approval process, asset translations, graphical adjustment and copy approvals, and review and update of marketing materials such as brochures, expired images, videos, and brochures. The position drives KPI tracking for marketing campaigns and initiatives, leads Distributor Communication, develops communication channels and schedules to ensure continuous communication and information flow, and supports the Mentor warranty program in collaboration with local stakeholders to drive flawless process execution. The role upscales Mentor presence and interaction in key events in EMEA, manages and supports the organization and implementation of key internal meetings (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Sales Training meetings), and supports local market deployment of local congresses. It manages and drives key EMEA projects, supports Business Planning phases and other key projects such as Advisory Boards, and supports new product launches within the launch excellence framework. Responsibilities include supporting the organization of commercial education programs and trainings, enabling deployment, analysis and constant optimization of the Mentor digital strategy in EMEA, publishing monthly analysis reports and insights on business and market performance as well as digital platforms, supporting a functional and attractive ShowPad and SharePoint presence, implementing content/features updates on the JJMMT and BIBM EMEA website, supporting markets in launching local websites and social media activities, managing customer materials creation/adaptation/shipping in partnership with Mentor EMEA team members, maintaining distribution arrangements lists for Mentor EMEA, and supporting the team with HCC Life submission requests and contracts. The role requires proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point, and encompasses Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Market Research, Product Development Lifecycle, Product Strategies, Brand Marketing, Brand Positioning Strategy, Customer Intelligence, KPI tracking, and execution within the broader MedTech and healthcare innovation context focused on smarter, less invasive, and more personalized treatments.

- Support implementation of the marketing plan in focus geographies across EMEA by coordinating the multi market approval process, managing asset translations, overseeing graphical adjustment and copy approvals, and systematically reviewing and updating marketing materials including brochures, expired images and videos to ensure alignment with Brand Marketing and Brand Positioning Strategy
- Drive KPI tracking for marketing campaigns and initiatives by leveraging Excel and Data Analysis to monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and provide structured reporting that supports Data-Driven Decision Making and continuous optimization of Product Strategies
- Lead Distributor Communication by developing communication channels and structured schedules that ensure continuous communication and information flow, while maintaining and updating distribution arrangements lists for Mentor EMEA and ensuring alignment with regional objectives
- Support and execute the Mentor warranty program in collaboration with local stakeholders to drive flawless process execution, and manage HCC Life submission requests and contracts in compliance with internal processes
- Manage and support organization and implementation of key internal meetings including Weekly, Monthly, and Sales Training meetings, and support local markets in the deployment of local congresses and key EMEA events to upscale Mentor presence and interaction
- Support new product launches within the launch excellence framework by coordinating cross-functional inputs across the Product Development Lifecycle, enabling readiness of marketing materials, digital assets, and stakeholder communication plans
- Enable deployment, analysis, and constant optimization of the Mentor digital strategy in EMEA by implementing content and feature updates on the JJMMT and BIBM EMEA website, supporting local website launches and social media activities, and ensuring a functional and attractive ShowPad and SharePoint presence
- Publish monthly analysis reports and insights on business and market performance as well as digital platforms using Financial Analysis, Market Research, and Customer Intelligence to support Business Planning phases, Advisory Boards, and other key EMEA projects
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point, and apply these tools to conduct Data Analysis, KPI tracking, Financial Analysis, and structured reporting for marketing campaigns and business performance monitoring
- Apply knowledge of Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Brand Positioning Strategy, Product Strategies, and Product Development Lifecycle to support launch excellence framework initiatives and multi market marketing execution across EMEA
- Utilize Market Research and Customer Intelligence to generate actionable insights, support Data-Driven Decision Making, and contribute to the development and optimization of regional marketing plans and digital strategy initiatives
- Manage and coordinate HCC Life submission requests and contracts, distribution arrangements lists, and marketing material approvals within established internal processes and compliance standards
- Support deployment and optimization of digital assets including JJMMT and BIBM EMEA website updates, ShowPad and SharePoint platforms, and social media activities, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency across channels
- Structure, implement, and complete diverse projects and tasks under pressure within a timely fashion while supporting Business Planning phases, Advisory Boards, commercial education programs, and key EMEA projects
- Collaborate with local stakeholders, distributors, and Mentor EMEA team members to execute warranty programs, product launches, and congress activities while ensuring alignment with Strategic Marketing objectives
- Hold a minimum Bachelors degree, be fluent in English with preference for one additional language, and operate effectively within a fully Remote EMEA environment supporting Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Dubai, Dublin, Madrid, Milano, Paris, Prague, Warsaw, Wokingham, and Zug locations
