Job description
The Senior Services Account Executive is responsible for selling and executing a portfolio of ServiceNow service offerings aimed at driving successful product adoption and realizing customer business outcomes. This includes product implementation services, training, and success services. The role requires integrating AI into work processes, leveraging AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, and advising customers on AI's impact. The Executive operates as a trusted advisor to account teams and customers, manages end-to-end services sales strategy and pipeline, collaborates with software sales teams and delivery partners, engages with executives and CxOs, leads solutioning, scoping, and proposal development, and executes value-based selling methodology. This role supports the Customer Excellence Group and is part of a quota-carrying position with the responsibility for creating and executing Services sales opportunities across the assigned territory.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with software sales account teams, Customer Outcomes team members, and ecosystem delivery partners
- Develop and execute a services sales strategy for the designated territory with a target account list
- Proactively create new Services opportunities in both new and installed base customers
- Create pipeline and manage end-to-end forecasting process for Services opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their digital transformation roadmap and aligning ServiceNow services to meet business needs
- Arrange and conduct Executive and CxO services-related discussions in alignment with the account strategy
- Lead extended teams in solutioning, scoping, and proposal development
- Execute value-based selling methodology for Implementation Services opportunities
Experience & skills
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Deep services sales experience within a SaaS software or solution sales organization
- Ability to identify and develop new account opportunities independently
- Existing relationships in large enterprise accounts a plus
- Demonstrable track record of achieving Services, Success, or Training sales targets
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across lines of business and multiple customer and partner personas, including executives
- Strong operational command and ability to manage end-to-end franchise
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% depending on geography/region
- Fluency in English and Arabic
