The Manager – Strategy & Analytics (Client Partner) at Property Finder in Dubai, UAE is responsible for leveraging analytics and strategy to drive client-specific performance improvements and sustainable commercial growth within the PropTech sector. Operating within the Strategy & Analytics team, this role acts as a bridge between Analytics, Product, and Commercial teams, turning complex data into actionable commercial narratives that demonstrate product value, ROI, and competitive advantage. The Manager develops client-centric insights by diagnosing performance gaps, identifying adoption friction, and uncovering monetization inefficiencies using platform and market data. They co-develop structured, data-backed growth roadmaps tailored to each client’s ambitions, segment, and maturity, embedding client growth strategy into engagement and commercial execution. Responsibilities include translating growth priorities into clear expansion, renewal, and optimization plans, providing benchmarking and performance context, and crafting executive-ready, data-backed narratives that communicate strategic growth and product value. The role ensures clients unlock value from the platform, enabling revenue growth through data-led insights, product adoption, and strategic storytelling, while collaborating closely with Account Managers to directly impact client performance outcomes.

- Embed client growth strategy into engagement and commercial execution by shaping opportunity-led discussions and translating growth priorities into expansion, renewal, and optimization plans.
- Provide benchmarking and performance context to enable smarter, growth-oriented decision-making by clients.
- Craft executive-ready, data-backed narratives to demonstrate product value, ROI, and competitive advantage.
- Position product capabilities as strategic growth drivers within client business strategies.
- Build structured renewal and upsell frameworks anchored in measurable impact and long-term partnership value.
Experience & skills
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, business analytics, technology sales, or commercial enablement roles, preferably within a reputable technology company or top-tier management consulting firm.
- Proven analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight.
- Experience in client-facing consulting or commercial analytics roles with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build models, value frameworks, and executive-ready presentations for senior audiences.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and ensure data quality.
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English.
