This Dubai-based senior management role within PwC’s Government Reporting team focuses on consulting assignments related to public sector financial reporting, especially transitions from cash to accrual accounting under IPSAS. The manager will work on transformation projects, support optimization of government entity balance sheets, and deliver complex client engagements, including executive reporting and technical documentation. Responsibilities include client and project management, business development, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates must have deep knowledge of IPSAS and IFRS, experience in public finance management and government accounting, and the ability to conduct technical research and produce client-facing documents. A background in consulting is preferred. The role demands strong project leadership skills, collaboration across PwC service lines, Arabic fluency, and the ability to work under pressure. There is also a requirement for travel, including potential assignments in KSA.
