Job description
The role focuses on implementing product programs aligned with customer segment strategies, coordinating with proposition teams such as SE proposition analysts, and driving profitability and market penetration for trade and FX products. It supports the management of the RBG SE, Micro, and Neobiz FX business in collaboration with SE Account Managers, FX Manager, and Area Managers. Responsibilities include maintaining close customer relationships to secure major wallet share, supporting differentiated sales approaches for regional FX business, focusing on product propositions across all FX transactions, and coaching Account Managers, RMs, and VRMs to enhance FX business generation. The position includes conducting joint client calls with BB Account Managers or Area Managers, driving weekly client interactions to maximize transaction banking sales, proactively acquiring new-to-bank clients, arranging facility approvals based on FX suitability, and generating business under parameterized trade programs. It requires working closely with product and channel partners across RBG to maximize opportunities through regular contact, feedback, coordination, and cross referrals. The role requires in-depth knowledge of SME banking products, trade and FX product experience, understanding of market competition and industry regulations, and strong analytical, financial management, and networking capabilities.

- Support the FX Manager Sales to develop differentiated sales and business development approaches for various regions
- Focus on product propositions across all FX transactions and related propositions to maximize revenue
- Coach Account Managers, RMs, and VRMs to enhance FX business generation opportunities
- Conduct joint calling with BB Account Managers and BB Area Managers to understand client needs and provide appropriate advice
- Ensure optimum weekly client calls to maximize primary transaction banking sales
- Proactively drive new-to-bank business to increase presence in target segments
- Arrange facility approvals based on client FX suitability and generate business under parameterized trade programs
- Work closely with product and channel partners from RBG to maximize opportunities through contacts, feedback, coordination, and cross referrals
Experience & skills
- Management graduate preferred
- 4–5 years of relevant working experience with in-depth knowledge of SME products, services, and delivery channels
- 3–4 years of experience in Trade and/or FX products
- Knowledge of market competition, industry practices, and regulations for business banking
