Key responsibilities

• Process cash and financial transactions using teller automation devices (TCRs)
• Support the Express Branch model by delivering sales, service, and transaction assistance
• Manage customer interactions and meet service expectations consistently
• Acquire new customers from walk-ins and convert appointments into sales
• Cross-sell personal banking and multi-segment products to meet KPIs
• Reduce attrition and minimize application rejections for liability and service products
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure complete issue closure
• Educate customers on digital banking channels and alternative services
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and risk standards
