Job description
Responsible for delivering seamless branch banking services within the Express Branch model, handling cash transactions using TCRs, supporting sales and service to new and existing customers, driving product acquisition, minimizing attrition, and promoting digital banking adoption while maintaining high service standards and operational accuracy.

Key responsibilities
- Process cash and financial transactions using teller automation devices (TCRs)
- Support the Express Branch model by delivering sales, service, and transaction assistance
- Manage customer interactions and meet service expectations consistently
- Acquire new customers from walk-ins and convert appointments into sales
- Cross-sell personal banking and multi-segment products to meet KPIs
- Reduce attrition and minimize application rejections for liability and service products
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure complete issue closure
- Educate customers on digital banking channels and alternative services
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and risk standards
Experience & skills
- University degree
- 2–3 years of branch banking experience
- Minimum 2 years UAE retail banking experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, policies, and processes
- Computer literacy and high comfort with technology
- Age range: 23–30 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet KPIs
