Job description
The Performance Marketing Lead at Stake is responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimising digital media campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, X, and Snapchat, focusing on user acquisition and revenue growth in the MENA region, specifically the Saudi Arabia market. The role includes daily campaign monitoring, budget management, audience targeting, creative asset coordination, and reporting using MMP tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust. The position requires experience in mobile app marketing, familiarity with conversion tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Segment, and the ability to analyse campaign metrics such as ROI, CPA, and CTR to derive actionable insights. The candidate will collaborate with creative teams, provide basic copywriting support, maintain industry awareness, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives while working in a hybrid environment within one of the region's fastest-growing fintech startups.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, and upload digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, and Snapchat
- Manage campaign budgets, set up target audiences, and perform ongoing optimisation to improve performance
- Monitor daily campaign performance, analyse metrics, and make adjustments to ensure business objectives are met
- Conduct reporting on ROI, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs using MMP tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign assets meet objectives and branding guidelines
- Provide basic copywriting support for ad creatives and landing pages
- Maintain tracking hygiene across all campaigns and ensure proper attribution using mobile measurement partners
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in paid media and mobile marketing
- Support testing and optimisation initiatives including Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Contribute to the growth of Stake’s user base by applying performance marketing best practices and insights
Experience & skills
- 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and X Ads
- Basic understanding of mobile app marketing strategies and Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Basic copywriting skills for ad content creation
- Fluent Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) and strong English communication skills
- Experience with Saudi Arabia market
- Nice to have: experience with programmatic advertising platforms, native advertising, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), conversion tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Segment), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and fintech/startup environment experience
