Job description
The Chinese Market Property Consultant in Dubai is responsible for providing end-to-end real estate services to clients, specializing in Mandarin-speaking clients. This role requires assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in residential, commercial, and high-end properties. The consultant will actively network with potential clients, schedule and conduct property viewings, assess client needs, and offer guidance on property selection. Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive market analyses, evaluating property trends, providing advice on legal and regulatory requirements, and assisting with financing options. The consultant is also expected to negotiate terms and conditions to maximize client satisfaction while maintaining high ethical standards. This position requires frequent collaboration with internal teams, senior management, and marketing departments to coordinate property listings, leverage industry-leading marketing resources including photography, videography, and digital campaigns, and utilize the agency’s proprietary CRM system to manage leads and client relationships. The consultant will stay up to date with the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market, industry practices, and competitor activities. Experience & skills
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment or finance sectors with sales background
- Exceptional consulting, communication, and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market and industry practices
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous
- Real Estate and/or Property Management certification is a plus
- Valid UAE driver's license preferred
