Job description
PayTabs UAE is looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage daily HR functions including personnel operations, HR system oversight, employee onboarding, training programs, and policy enforcement. Based in Dubai, the role requires a dynamic individual with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and a solid foundation in HR operations. The HR Generalist will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, managing compliance processes, and supporting employee engagement and development initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and processes.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Implement and facilitate orientation plans for new hires.
- Assist in executing HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Enroll employees in medical and life insurance plans.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers.
- Screen CVs and support recruitment activities.
- Organize and schedule training programs for employees.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law.
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned by management.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with training and employee development programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting HR data.
- Dependable and receptive to feedback for continuous improvement.
