Job description
Role embedded within Commercial Operations, responsible for generating insights across MEA using sales, market, macro-economic and competitor data. Owns dashboard accuracy, data governance standards, KPI development and analytical outputs that support strategic decision-making. Works cross-functionally to translate data into actionable commercial insights and contributes to continuous improvement of analytical processes and internal tools.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee multiple reports on market dynamics and pharma landscape across MEA
- Generate actionable insights aligned with commercial strategy
- Develop, track, and share KPIs and best practices across functions
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and shifts in market dynamics
- Enhance data quality and reliability through improved analytics processes
- Support market research and external data integration
- Create business processes and surveys to assess strategy execution
- Collaborate with insights manager to communicate results clearly to stakeholders
- Identify macro and micro-economic indicators affecting market behavior
- Lead development of new dashboards and tools with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure new dashboards adhere to AZ data governance and best practices
Experience & skills
